Robert Lewis
Co-founder/Chief Expert
Mr. Lewis is a co-founder and the Chief Expert of docQbot, and Senior International Consultant at Chance Bridge Partners.Mr. Lewis has more than 30 years of experience in international commercial law and has practiced in China for nearly 28 years. Mr. Lewis has experience as a senior partner in top law firms in the United States, the United Kingdom, and China, and has served as Asia general counsel of a major multinational corporation. At the same time, Mr. Lewis is also the founder of China's most recognized law firm alliance - the Sino-Global Legal Alliance (SGLA), and a co-founder of the leading overseas investment information and consulting platform - the China Going Global Think Tank (CGGT).As docQbot's Chief Expert, Mr. Lewis is directly responsible for leading the development of all docQbot's online content and the provision of supporting offline services.
Fengwen Jiang
Senior Expert
Ms. Jiang is docQbot's Senior Expert and Senior International Consultant at Chance Bridge Partners.Fengwen brings a wealth of experience on complex corporate deal structuring and corporate law department management. She is qualified in China and the US and most recently headed up the legal team for a Fortune 500 company for Asia, Middle East and Africa. In that role she led a wide range of innovative legal digitization projects covering contract standardization, online corporate governance tools and resources, and private cloud initiatives.At docQbot, Fengwen helps corporate law departments design and implement legal-tech solutions utilizing docQbot's cutting edge tools. In addition, drawing on her extensive experience heading up major M&A, spin-off and demerger deals as well as the full spectrum of commercial transactions and internal advisory matters, she provides direct hands on leadership for key elements for docQbot's content development initiatives.
Adam Channer
Head of International Content and Services
Adam is docQbot's Head of International Content and Services and a Senior Consultant at Chance Bridge Partners.Adam is an attorney, licensed in the U.S. with 10 years of experience. He has worked for several years in international law firms in China. During this period, his main practice areas were cross-border mergers and acquisitions, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), etc. He is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.Adam is responsible for development of docQbot's international content, partnerships and supporting offline services.
Sara Yu
Head of Chinese Content and Services
Sara is docQbot's Head of Chinese Content and Services and a Senior Associate at Chance Bridge Partners.Sara is a practicing lawyer in China. She has worked for several years in a Red Circle firm serving foreign and foreign-invested enterprises as external counsel. During this period, her main practice areas were domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment and general corporate affairs.Sara is responsible for development of docQbot's Chinese content, its partnerships and supporting offline services.
